TOMAŽ BORŠTNAR, Director and Head of IT

For more than 20 years he has been actively working in the field of computer communications and IT. He was a member of the initial team and later member of editorial board of computer magazine Monitor more than 20 years ago, member of the initial team of Arnes (Academic and Research Network of Slovenia) and SiOL (internet project of Telekom Slovenia). In the early years of his career, he was teaching computer communications and Unix for the company Kompas Xnet. As a director of his company named Siix (today Overnet) he set up and managed a comprehensive web-based network Over.Net, a part of which Med.Over.Net is today. Over.Net is still one of the most visited independent networks in Slovenia. Mr Borštnar also helped setting up a major project of free Internet in Slovenia – FreeVolja for the company Voljatel (today Tušmobil) where he was the Head of the Technical Implementation of the system for hundreds of thousands of users. He made it in only two months. From 2012 he has been successfully managing the company SAMA Navitas. He has been looking for interesting and innovative projects at home and abroad all the time. He wants to take an active part in them. He is also a lecturer for various fields and he is continuously educating other people and transferring his knowledge on, at home and abroad…

ALEKSANDRA BORŠTNAR MAČEK, Project Manager

Founder and a project manager of the company SAMA Navitas, Ms Aleksandra Borštnar Maček, a teacher of German and a journalist, with long experience in teaching German, translating, writing newspaper and magazine articles, managing and doing editorial work on literature in foreign languages and bilingual dictionaries. Ms. Bortnar Maček has been working in the field of language training for adults and children for more than 15 years. Based on her rich experience she can provide customers with high quality services in the field of language courses, translation, proofreading and editing material. She creates and organizes playful language courses for younger children as well as traditional, unforgettable, international summer language camps for young adventurers with the greatest of pleasure. As an excellent team leader she successfully manages her staff and contractors to ensure their customers satisfaction and business development jointly.
